The Scent Le Parfum Sample

I purchased a sample for a friend and I ended up trying it on myself since I had not heard of this fragrance. From a woman’s perspective and as someone who tends to not like super sweet fragrances or leather notes, this one was a pleasant surprise. It opens up sweet and powdery and dries down to a super sexy, woodsy and slightly leathery scent. Some of the sweetness remains but it’s not overpowering and the leather balances it out. I personally love this fragrance and even though I tend to not wear masculine or masculine leaning fragrances, this is one I would personally wear on occasion because it just smells so good. If you like deeper leather notes, this is not the one for you because the leather doesn’t stand out too much. Instead, it blends in with the other notes and is actually quite balanced. If you like iris in your fragrances and you prefer it to last, the powdery quality doesn’t last long in this one, at least not to my nose. It is definitely worth purchasing a sample to see if it’s something you’d like to wear. Personally, it’s a win.
