Authenticity Guarantee
Every decant from Perfuum is hand-poured from an original manufacturer bottle. Nothing is diluted, mixed, or swapped out. You get the same juice as the retail bottle, in a smaller glass atomizer, so you can try a fragrance before buying a full size.
What authentic means here
- We buy fragrances from the manufacturer or from distributors.
- Each sample is poured from that original bottle.
- The juice is unaltered — no extras, no water, no “inspired by” formulas.
- We never sell fakes, copies, dupes, or diluted products.
You will not receive the brand’s original box or bottle. Decants are independently rebottled into our glass atomizers. We are not affiliated with the fragrance houses unless we say so on a specific product.
How your order is made
- Samples are made after you order, not pre-filled and left sitting.
- We use glass bottles only.
- Orders ship from New York.
If a surge of orders slows us down, we will tell you and make it right — usually with a free sample and/or a shipping upgrade.
What we guarantee — and what we don’t
We guarantee the decant came from a genuine manufacturer bottle.
We cannot guarantee that you will love how it wears on your skin. Fragrance is personal. Because each order is hand-decanted, we do not accept returns if you simply don’t like the scent. We will accept a return if we made an error or if the package was damaged in shipping.
Batches and reformulations
Houses change formulas. Two genuine bottles of the same name can smell slightly different from year to year. We pour what is in the bottle we sourced. If you need a current-batch check on a specific fragrance, email us before you order.

Are these official brand samples?
No. They are authentic juice from original bottles, poured into our glass atomizers.
Do I get the original packaging?
No. You get the fragrance, not the retail box or bottle.
Are you an authorized retailer for every house?
No. We buy finished bottles and decant them. That is how most sample houses work.
Could two decants of the same scent smell different?
Yes, if the house reformulated or we sourced a different batch. That is still authentic juice from a real bottle.
