Nice concept, but didn't like it on skin.
First of all, great purchase experience as usual with this site. Color of perfume is correct and I appear to have gotten a sample from a 2017 batch, which is supposed to be the better ones. On paper and smelling directly from the decant, it smells great. Very manly. Minty, spicy, barbershop, unapologetic gentlemen scent. I was excited to try this on skin. Sadly, that sharp minty masculine freshness wears off fast for me. The dry down becomes dirty and mature and not in a flattering way. Worth getting a decant if you're curious, but definitely not worth buying a full bottle in my opinion. There really are far better gentleman/barbershop scents out there for a third of the price or less. I wanted to like this one, but just can't see it making sense for the price.
