Returns, Exchanges, Replacements

We absolutely guarantee that the sample or decant of perfume you purchase from perfUUm is the genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer's bottle and decanted by hand.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it.  You may even hate it.  Therefore, once it leaves our warehouse it cannot be returned for a refund.  There will be a 20% restocking fee if we do accept any return for any reason other than an error on our part.

We carefully wrap all packages so your purchase will arrive safely.  Sometimes the USPS severely damages packages.  If you get our package and the bottle has broken or leaked, please snap a photo and email the photo and order number to us with a note stating which bottles were damaged.  Upon receipt of the email and photo(s), we will send a replacement package for the damaged items.

We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us within 3 days if there is a problem.

Great Fragrance

Really like this fragrance. It’s very unique, I think the Basil it what makes it so unique. Cartier made an Excellent Cologne. Wore it to work and the scent lasted easily 8 hrs with a projection of over an arms length.Really liked the Spicy start with a Smooth dry down. Thank You Perfuum for making this available in à 30ml. Highly recommend Perfuum and Declaration.

underrated classic

This is an amazing fragrance that I think flies under the radar. It's incredibly versatile, great for the office or as an every day signature scent. It opens with a really fresh citrus accord that quickly dries down into a more earthy, spicy, woody accord. It's complex and very masculine while being easy to wear and inoffensive. It was created by Jean-Claude Ellena who is responsible for dozens of classic fragrances and is a master craftsman. There's a reason this is a classic.
