Returns, Exchanges, Replacements

We absolutely guarantee that the sample or decant of perfume you purchase from perfUUm is the genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer's bottle and decanted by hand.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it.  You may even hate it.  Therefore, once it leaves our warehouse it cannot be returned for a refund.  There will be a 20% restocking fee if we do accept any return for any reason other than an error on our part.

We carefully wrap all packages so your purchase will arrive safely.  Sometimes the USPS severely damages packages.  If you get our package and the bottle has broken or leaked, please snap a photo and email the photo and order number to us with a note stating which bottles were damaged.  Upon receipt of the email and photo(s), we will send a replacement package for the damaged items.

We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us within 3 days if there is a problem.

Advertised as an original perfume in bottle (with photo), comes in this strange looking ampoule that is difficult to use, almost like a “sampling” ampoule.
Will never shop again.

There is a disclaimer on every product to note that you will not receive any original bottle or packaging. There's also a 2nd notice above the add to cart button stating that you will receive a sample that is rebottled from the original bottle. Then we overuse the words decant and sample(s) in the description to make sure our shoppers know what they are buying. You chose 10ml bottle and that is what was delivered, we are sorry for any confusion, but we attempted to make it as clear as possible.
