Returns, Exchanges, Replacements

We absolutely guarantee that the sample or decant of perfume you purchase from perfUUm is the genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer's bottle and decanted by hand.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it.  You may even hate it.  Therefore, once it leaves our warehouse it cannot be returned for a refund.  There will be a 20% restocking fee if we do accept any return for any reason other than an error on our part.

We carefully wrap all packages so your purchase will arrive safely.  Sometimes the USPS severely damages packages.  If you get our package and the bottle has broken or leaked, please snap a photo and email the photo and order number to us with a note stating which bottles were damaged.  Upon receipt of the email and photo(s), we will send a replacement package for the damaged items.

We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us within 3 days if there is a problem.

Great scent, fresh, summery. Longevity is poor

It took 23 days to receive a small 2ml sample size ( I wanted to see if I liked it before purchasing the full size). The first shipment never arrived. The second shipment was delayed because they were "tracking the first shipment." Second shipment sent with the same shipping timeline as the first. Customer service confirmed this was a regular occurrence for shipments to be late or lost. Offered nothing but an apology. I find it poor customer service to know of an ongoing issue, and no action has been taken to remedy it for customers. Nor was there any action to send the second shipment sooner (actually delaying it in order to further track a missing item) due to the missing original shipment. And, all this for a sample size? I will never order with this company again. I don't give many reviews, and I'm sad that this is the review that I have to give. I was quite hopeful.

Ordered 7/2, shipped 7/3, lost by USPS. Customer service DID NOT confirm it was a regular occurrence: "unfortunately this is not normal but it’s not completely uncommon for us to see no movement with the tracking and then the package suddenly is delivered." -Actual text sent to customer. To say that we confirmed this is an ongoing issue is simply not true. Unfortunately it does happen from time to time, and we always resolve it with either a refund or replacement. We have had plenty of success tracking and finding lost packages with the USPS, and generally we try to resolve the issue by making sure it truly is lost before sending out a replacement which was done on 7/20 and delivered on 7/25.

Would love to review, never received purchased item.

"Package shipped 17 days ago and would like your review" email received. Yet, no package has been received. I would love to review the product, but as of today I have still received nothing to review. Picture of the only thing received, an email.

Same customer left 2 reviews: Ordered 7/2, shipped 7/3, lost by USPS. We have had plenty of success tracking and finding lost packages with the USPS, and generally we try to resolve the issue by making sure it truly is lost before sending out a replacement which was done on 7/20 and delivered on 7/25.
