Returns, Exchanges, Replacements

We absolutely guarantee that the sample or decant of perfume you purchase from perfUUm is the genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer's bottle and decanted by hand.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it.  You may even hate it.  Therefore, once it leaves our warehouse it cannot be returned for a refund.  There will be a 20% restocking fee if we do accept any return for any reason other than an error on our part.

We carefully wrap all packages so your purchase will arrive safely.  Sometimes the USPS severely damages packages.  If you get our package and the bottle has broken or leaked, please snap a photo and email the photo and order number to us with a note stating which bottles were damaged.  Upon receipt of the email and photo(s), we will send a replacement package for the damaged items.

We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us within 3 days if there is a problem.

BUYER BEWARE - Unreliable and Dishonest Seller

A complete disaster. Perfuum lacks professionalism and honesty.

I placed an order relying on their website's information for international shipments. 3 weeks have passed without any updates on its location or status. I asked them and, first, they attributed the delay to international customs without offering any proof or tracking assistance, and then they suggested to me that I should have paid the insurance, and they conditioned the refund on the shipping company returning the package, for an international shipment for which the shipping company chosen by them did not give any information about the package status.

In summary, my experience with PerfUUm has been frustrating and disheartening. I strongly advise other buyers to exercise caution when considering purchases from this company. The lack of professionalism and a dismissive attitude toward customer issues are red flags. As a consumer, I deserve honest, transparent, and responsible service, which PerfUUm has failed to provide.

This order was indeed with customs in Colombia when this review was left. This is almost always the delay with international shipments. Unfortunately we cannot control how long customs takes to process the shipments in each country. The order was delivered 2 weeks after it was received by customs in Colombia.
